Delicious Indian Chicken Masala/Chicken Curry

Chicken masala is an easy recipe of chicken.This recipe is popular in India.So let us start the dish.For preparing this,we need these ingredients described below.

Measurements and Ingredients:

1 (kg) Chicken

250 (ml) Water

50( gm)  Mustard oil

1 tea spoon of Garam masala

100 (gm) Onion chopped

15 gm.Ginger

7 flakes Garlic

1 tomato (big size)

2 tablespoons coriander powder

1 teaspoon red chilly powder

1 teaspoon cumin powder

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon chicken masala powder

1 teaspoon Salt or as per taste

1/2 teaspoon sugar

4 Green chilly

Procedure:

At first Grind ginger &garlic and make a smooth paste.Marinate this chicken with adding 1 teaspoon oil, 1/2 teaspoon red chilly powder, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt.

Turn on the gas and heat the pan,add 1/2 tbsp of sugar for get extra color.put mustard oil for 2 minutes. Add garam masala.Add the onion and fry till golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste.Next add chopped tomato and saute till it smooth. Mix coriander,Chili,cumin, turmeric powder. Stir fry till 10 to 15 minutes. Add 2-3 tablespoons water is lightly browned and oil shows.After that add marinate chicken. Stir fry till chicken is ls light brown and oil shows separate (about 10 mins).Add hot water (250 ml) and add required salt.Stir it.Cover and cook on low heat till chicken is tender and water has evaporated.(about 10 mints).Put Garam masala for extra taste.Garnishing with green chilly. Serve hot chicken masala with rice or chapati.
