How To Make Delicious Kadai Paneer In Home

Kadai paneer is a famous recipe all over in world.It’s so delicious that every one want to eat it.So today we make kadai paneer recipe in easy method.

Measurements And Ingredients:

Mixture of coriander seeds, cumin seeds and peppercorns

800 gm Paneer cut into 2 cm cubes

1/4 cup vegetable oil

2 tablespoons coriander seeds

2 tablespoons cumin seeds

1 1/4 teaspoon peppercorns

3 medium (280 gm)onions chopped

4 Dry red Kashmir chilies and (deseeded and torn into small pieces)

4 medium chopped tomatoes

2  chopped green chilies

30 flakes garlic finely chopped

3 1/4 teaspoons Salt(or as per taste)

1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves

1 spoon garam masala

2 teaspoon fresh cream

Procedure:

Roast together mixture of coriander seeds, cumin seeds and peppercorns in pan.

Grind roasted spices to a coarse mixture.Heat fry pan add this oil medium-high heat for about 1 minutes. Add garam masala fry (2 seconds) .Add onions.Saute it and fry about 5 minute. Add spice mixture and all ingredients with tomato except paneer and coriander leaves. Stir fry 1 minute. Add half the quantity of paneer. Mix gently. Add remaining paneer. Mix gently. Cover and cook on medium -low heat (about 4 mints), stirring gently every two minutes. Uncover pan and cook till liquid has reduced (about 1 mints). Remove pan from heat. Add 2 tablespoon coriander leaves. Mix. Serve hot  garnished with remaining coriander leaves &fresh cream (2 tablespoons)  .
