Indian Spicy Potatoes Mutton curry Recipe

This spice mutton curry is originated from India.Maximum Non vegetarians are love to eat mutton.Its not only mouth watering and makes you feel like you ate a tasty meal.

Measurements & Ingredients:

Mutton         750 gm

250 gm     onions

25 gm       ginger

50 gm       garlic

250 gm        potatoes

1 tablespoons    coriander powder

1 tablespoons    cumin powder

2 tablespoons    red chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon        turmeric powder

1 tablespoons     garam masala powder

1 teaspoon           salt

1 1/3 teaspoon     sugar

150 ml.                  Mustard oil

300 ml           hot water

2 teaspoon    coriander leaves

Procedure:

  1. For marinate the mutton,take a bowl add mutton, 2 teaspoon oil, 1 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder, slit salt .Mix with mutton. Covered in a cool place for 1/2 hour.
  2. Grind ginger and garlic and make a paste.
  3. Heat in pan add oil fry potatoes untill it  golden brown.Take a side. Heat pressure cooker add oil heat for 2 mints. Add sugar till red. Add garam masala (2 bay leaf, 4cardamoms,2cinnamon,3cloves,4black papers) fry 5 second .Add onion and fry till golden brown. Add ginger &garlic paste, cumin powder ,coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder. Stir it for a 10 mints .Add 1/2 cup water &stir fry about 5 mints .Add mutton and mix it .Stir fry about 20 minutes.Cover and cook on medium low heat ,stirring gentle every two  minutes. Uncover in pressure add potatoes mix gently. Add hot water and mix it. Cover pressure cooker on medium low heat (about 4 pressure cooker city ).Uncover pressure cooker add garam masala.Serve the delicious mutton curry,garnished with coriander leaves. Serve with rice.
