Urinary Tract Infection Treatment,& Home Remedies

Water, the main component f human body has the ability to flush out the toxin from the body. The main cause of UTI is a bacterial infection in urinary tract. More water intake will make you urinate more and with every discharge, you would be throwing out the bacteria as well. Though enhanced water intake may sound like the simplest form of natural remedy, it is one of the major preventive measures for those experiencing frequent UTIs.

Parsley Tea:

Parsley tea is 100% effective in treating urinary tract infections. Parsley tea can relieve UTI and speed up the healing process.

Roughly chop 1 cup of fresh parsley leaves or 2 tbsp of dried parsley leaves.

Bring 1 cup of water to boil and reduce the flame to low.

Add parsley and simmer it for 5-10 minutes.

Strain the leaves and drink while it is warm.

Baking Soda:

Add 1 tbsp of baking soda to a cup of cold water.

Mix well until the baking soda completely dissolves and consume it.

Repeat this daily.

Warning:

Baking soda is not a substitute for conventional treatment for UTI. It is better to consult the doctor before trying it out.

Coconut Water:

Coconut water provides more benefits than just cooling your body. As per Indian home remedies, coconut water or coconut milk is effective in treating UTI.

Apple Cider Vinegar:

Apple cider vinegar is a rich source of enzymes. It helps to remove bacterias which cause the UTI.

Add 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar into one glass of water. You can also add lemon juice and honey for better taste.

Take two times a day for few days.

Pomegranate Juice :

The anti-inflammatory properties of pomegranates stem from its high vitamin C content that will help to cure UTI.

It also manage asthma, sore throat, cough, and wheezing.

Pomegranate can maintain a healthy immune system and stave off common illness and infections.

You need to consume daily pomegranate juice in empty stomach.

 Pineapple Juice:

Pineapple contains an enzyme known as bromelain that could decrease inflammation from infection and might kill bacterias and infections, which may allow it to be effective to heal UTI.

Adding pineapple to some smoothie or juice is really a delish good taste.

Take two times a day for better result. It really gives a positive result.
